Shipping & Fulfillment

Auravean's ALVEEN, NIGHTINGALE and ETERNUL fragrances target a January 1, 2027 release, with shipping expected to begin January 8, 2027, subject to confirmed fulfillment arrangements. January 1 is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Preorder dispatch

Each prepaid preorder will show its estimated shipment timeframe before checkout. Orders will be shipped according to confirmed availability and any restrictions that apply to the finished perfume formulation. Shipping prices and applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.

Destination and carrier restrictions

We plan to ship to eligible U.S. addresses. The final product's alcohol and hazardous-material classification determines which ground shipping services, packaging and labeling are legally permitted. International and air delivery are not guaranteed or offered unless explicitly supported.

Delayed shipments

Where a paid order cannot be shipped on time, customers will receive the notice, consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Requests may be sent to Michael@auravean.com. See our Preorder Information.
